Miss Mary and a winner

Hello everyone.

Here is pretty Miss Mary Mack by La D Da

She didn´t look so happy earlier on during the week when I opened the UFO drawer and saw the sad pale faced Mary, silently questioning me as to why she was still sitting there abandoned when her stitching had been completed ages ago.

I found an old frame which was dull and sad too but that could be covered with a pretty fabric.

and Mary, on liking the red frame, decided to paint her lips to match.

She looks happier now and I am one UFO less.

  9. Great ideas for a finish. Love how she looks with her red lips. I've always liked that pattern, but I figured I would get bored stitching that much black. Good for you to finally finish her!

Congrats to Butterfly. I'm sure she will adore that little round pouch!
